Things I Enjoy Most in the Summer

1. Fresh-Ripe-Tomatoes – they make wonderful tomato- cheese sandwiches, or even just sprinkling some salt on them and eating them like apples. YUM!
2. Sweet Cantaloupe- If it is really ripe, I could eat the whole thing
3. Air Conditioning – which we are without at this very moment L
4. Super Cold Apple Juice- no ice necessary
5. Barbeque- pretty much any meat variety- it’s just better in the summer and you don’t have to worry about the oven heating up the kitchen
6.Fresh Crisp Salad- Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese, Ranch- that’s all
7.Really, really, really cold beer- pretty much any kind, though many of you know my love for Coor’s Light
8.Fresh Cherries- with the seeds to spit out and the stems to twist into a knot

Lisa, it must be lunch time- go make yourself a sandwich, girl! A tomato one... mmm... a little mayo, salt and pepper, and I'm ready to go!

Ok fresh ripe garden tomatoes with a touch of salt mixed with fresh buffalo (milk) mozzarella drizzled with a little olive oil and maybe a touch of basil and a hunk of bastone bread. Now that is living!

I gotta respect that you stick with Coors when all these beer snobs are walking around. Keep it real. Isn't that the Coors slogan? Well it should be.
